Lifetime Warranty...
The warranty on the locks are for defective locks, generally straight out of the package. If keys are getting stuck are often not signs of a defective lock due to manufacture issues, (especially when it worked for several times and stopped) but more like they were not lubricated and seized. These locks are supposed to be lubricated with silicone based lubricants every 3-6 weeks.

If the locks worked and stopped working - it is due to other factors. not a warrantied issue. Also, Chateau only warranty the locks with the site that actually purchased the products from Chateau.
